TODAY AT A GLANCE: Sunshine returns today with less wind, but still breezy at times as highs continue below normal.

Look for showers, a few storms and cooler than normal temperatures for Thursday and Friday. Highs then warm above seasonal norms, into the 70s, with a chance for showers or a storm each day Saturday through Wednesday.

Today will be much like yesterday with a bit less wind but still gusty at times. Moisture will also be on the increase resulting in light snow or snow showers for some of the high country.

At lower elevations scattered showers and the occasional thunderstorm will continue each day Thursday and Friday, through the weekend and right into next week. Those strong, annoying winds will be gone and highs warm above normal starting this weekend.
