A sunny, seasonal weekend ahead

Sunny skies, with highs in the lower to middle 50s, this weekend.

DENVER — FORECAST BY: 9NEWS Weather Impact Team Meteorologists Laurann Robinson

THE FORECAST AT A GLANCE:

Chilly and breezy, Friday evening, with lows in the lower 30s and winds gusting around 20 mph.

Saturday and Sunday, we’ll see sunny and seasonal conditions through the weekend. Look for afternoon highs in the lower to middle 50s across the front range, both days. The high country could see some brief, light snow showers, with a few inches of accumulation.

Sunny, seasonal weather sticks around for Monday, but changes are in-store for Tuesday.

Tuesday afternoon, our next system moves in, dropping highs into the upper 30s, along with scattered light snow showers. Right now, this is not looking like it will be a major snow event, maybe just a dusting to a few inches of snow.

On the back-end of this storm, look for chilly, breezy conditions. Highs only rise into the lower 40s, Wednesday, with gusting winds throughout the afternoon.

SUNDAY: Mostly sunny and seasonal, high 54. Mostly clear overnight, low 28.
