Country singer won’t be performing in the snow at Red Rocks this week

DENVER — A concert at Red Rocks Amphitheatre on Wednesday has been rescheduled as another round of snow and below-freezing temperatures arrives in Colorado.

Dustin Lynch announced his concert, scheduled for Wednesday evening at the outdoor venue near Denver, has been rescheduled to Wednesday, April 16, 2025, due to the inclement weather.

Tickets for Lynch’s concert will be valid for the new date in April. Ticketholders who purchased tickets via AXS and can’t make the new date have 30 days to request a refund via the AXS Support Form.

“Safety is our top priority, and with the current conditions, we want to ensure the best concert experience possible for everyone,” the country music singer wrote on X. “All tickets purchased for the original date will remain valid.”

Concerts at Red Rocks are scheduled through Friday, Nov. 15, when Tiësto closes out the 2024 season with a four-hour DJ set.

Eighteen concerts are now on the 2025 Red Rocks concert schedule.

The second of three storm systems in Colorado arrived Tuesday.

Snow developed in Colorado’s mountains Tuesday afternoon. The foothills west of Denver saw strong 40-50 mph wind gusts Tuesday ahead of the cold front. 

The cold front swung through the Front Range and Denver metro area Tuesday night, bringing in snow and much colder temperatures Wednesday.
