Trump reads letter from Zelenskyy on readiness for Russia talks

In a speech to the US Congress, President Donald Trump said he received a letter from Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stating that he’s ready for talks with Russia and to sign an agreement on minerals.
