Aurora police are looking for the car, an older-model beige sedan that may have damage to the passenger side door.
AURORA, Colo. — Officers are looking for the driver who intentionally swerved into a motorcyclist’s path before the motorcyclist lost control and crashed early Monday morning, the Aurora Police Department said.
Police said it happened around 12:20 a.m. in the area of Jewell Avenue and Havana Street. A Harley-Davidson rider was westbound on Jewell when, a witness told police, the driver of a car intentionally swerved into the motorcycle’s path.
The motorcycle rider lost control and crashed, police said. He was taken to the hospital, where he died. His name has not yet been released.
Police said officers later determined the motorcycle had been stolen. They’re still looking for the car, an older-model beige sedan that may have damage to the passenger side door.
