State Department won’t say if Israel met Gaza aid deadline

“We have not made an assessment that the Israelis are in violation of US law.” A State Department spokesman said that despite the expiration of a 30-day deadline for Israel to increase aid to Gaza, the US will not be taking any action against its ally.
