DENVER — A California-based company appears to have acquired luxury apartment towers in downtown Denver’s Arapahoe Square area near Coors Field.
CIM Group bought four properties on 21st and Arapahoe streets for just over $101.6 million, according to a special warranty deed filed with the city.
The four addresses associated with the deed – 1021 21st St., 2120 Arapahoe St., 2126 Arapahoe St. and 2134 Arapahoe St. – correspond with properties that are home to X Denver 2, a 351-unit apartment community.
The 22-story X Denver 2 is a mixed-use but primarily residential building, according to construction company Milender White, which was associated with the project.
Branded as an “X Social Community,” the 421,741-square-foot development aims to be “a community that fuels connection,” according to the seller’s website, which is linked to Chicago-based The X Company.
The apartment towers offer a members-only club, private apartments and fully furnished co-living suites, according to The X Company.
The building, which is on the southern edge of the Five Points neighborhood, includes 35,000 square feet of amenity space and 14,000 square feet for co-working use by residents, Milender White’s website states.
