Denver offering free legal resources

The event is Thursday at the Denver City and County Building from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

DENVER — The Denver court system is hosting a free legal resource day on Thursday.

The event runs from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Oct. 24 at the Denver City and County building located at 1437 Bannock St. Those who attend should check in on the second floor in room 281.

There will be free classes related to family law, probate, and county civil court matters. The event does not cover criminal cases.

If you can’t attend in person there are virtual options. Information about those can be found here.

Attendees can also sign up for free ask-an-attorney clinics. Attorneys are available for thirty-minute sessions to discuss family law, probate, and civil issues. Pre-registration for those sessions may be required. Information about signing up can be found here or by calling 303-606-2442.
