DENVER — Altitude Sports’ new streaming service, Altitude+, is now available for download on most mobile devices and on Apple TV.
All live Denver Nuggets and Colorado Avalanche broadcasts not exclusive to a national network can be found on the new subscription-based platform, which is also online at AltitudePlus.com.
Altitude+ will be available soon for smart TV devices like Roku, Amazon Fire and Android TV.
Subscriptions to Altitude+ are $19.95 a month within Altitude’s nine-state territory. The app is free for those who already have Altitude via cable or satellite.
Access to Altitude+ includes more than 65 live Nuggets games and more than 65 live Avalanche games during the 2024-25 seasons, plus pre- and post-game coverage, full episodes of Altitude Sports originals and more.
The first Avalanche game on Altitude+ is Thursday, when the Avs face the Utah Hockey Club. The first Nuggets game on Altitude+ is Saturday’s contest with the L.A. Clippers in town.
The Nuggets open their season Thursday night, but that game is part of a national doubleheader on TNT.
The schedule of games available on Altitude+ includes all of the games set for over-the-air broadcast on 9NEWS and My20. Last month, Kroenke Sports & Entertainment and 9NEWS’ parent company, TEGNA, announced a deal that will bring Nuggets and Avalanche games to 9NEWS this season.
Under the new deal, 20 Nuggets and 20 Avalanche games during the 2024-25 season will be broadcast for free over the air on 9NEWS’ sister station KTVD Ch. 20. Several games will also simulcast on 9NEWS.
The first Avalanche game on 9NEWS and KTVD Ch. 20 is Thursday, when they take on the Utah Hockey Club.
The first Nuggets game on KTVD Ch. 20 is Tuesday, when they face the Brooklyn Nets.
