DENVER — The Nuggets snuck one more bit of business into the offseason.
The franchise and starting power forward Aaron Gordon reached a four-year contract extension worth $133 million, according to an ESPN report. The deal includes a player option for the 2028-29 season. The Denver Gazette confirmed details of the extension Monday evening.
Gordon would’ve been an unrestricted free agent next summer, but he always sounded interested in staying in Denver.
