DENVER — An Evergreen mansion previously owned by a late telecommunications industry titan was the most expensive detached home sold in the Denver metro last month, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.
With a list price of $7.2 million, the home at 33114 Upper Bear Creek Road sold in 32 days just below the asking price — something not commonly seen in today’s luxury real estate market.
FLR Holdings LLC purchased the 3.9-acre property Sept. 24 for $7.05 million, according to public records. The LLC formed on Sept. 10 is tied to Scott Rodli, director of operations at Lakewood-based real estate consultant firm Exchange Resource Group, records show.
The 8,663-square-foot home was previously owned by Tara Ruberg and her husband David Ruberg, who died in November.
