The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office issued a mandatory shelter-in-place near South 76th Street and Sycamore Street.
SUPERIOR, Colo. — The Boulder County Sheriff’s Office has issued a shelter-in-place order for a neighborhood in Superior Monday morning.
At about 7:35 a.m., the alert went out to residents near South 76th Street and Sycamore Street due to a person of interest who ran from police.
The person is described as a male wearing a white shirt, jeans and a backpack, according to the sheriff’s office. Residents are being asked to lock exterior doors and windows.
Any suspicious activity can be reported to the Boulder County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line at 303-441-4444 extension 2. Anyone who may be in danger or sees the person of interest can call 911.
